Andy McCord is no stranger to the radio business. He grew up around the industry with his Grandfather, who was the engineer for 54 years in Marion. Andy started his career in 1995 and has served as several different positions. On-air, sales, production and now an owner of Radio 80s, Action Sports Network, and Gospel Praise. Andy and his beautiful wife, Andrea live in Fort Wayne with their 4 dogs (Chloe, Louie, Daisy, and Livie) and their cat (Selina Kyle)

Vanessa’s been in broadcasting since the age of 18. (We won't tell you how many years that is - LOL) Behind the microphone, she’s married to fellow broadcaster Bryan Michaels and is a mom of 2 brilliant children. She loves God & is active in her church. She’s also a community theatre actor, maker, avid reader, & gardener. Vanessa is a legal assistant at a law firm in Kokomo, and has found a new passion: criminal law.

Bryan Michaels was born in Ohio, let’s just say long enough ago that he lived through every year of the 80s, and then some. Bryan’s love of music and radio came from growing up listening to Casey Kasem and recording his favorite songs off of the radio on cassette each week. Many years later, after graduating from Ball State and working radio overnight on weekends in Indianapolis, he started a full-time career in radio in Peru, IN, then stints in Kokomo and Wabash soon followed. Much like his love of community theater, he just can’t stay away from being on the air. He currently lives with his wife and morning show co-host Vanessa Miller in Greentown, Indiana with their son Jakob and 2 dogs Harry and Norman.

I am blessed to have spent most of my life in Indiana and YES, I am a huge Hoosiers fan.

My love music includes pretty much every genre. My love of radio started at our high school radio station in Huntington. I have been in the business since then except for the time in which I was having and raising my three children. I absolutely love spending my weekdays with you. I get to play the best music from a time when life was carefree, funky, and totally tubular!
